The Mermaid Beach Cottage is a restored 1960s A-Frame designed for slow mornings, ocean air, and effortless coastal living.

Distinguished by classic board-and-batten siding, the exterior reflects the home’s simple, timeless character. Inside, the original A-frame architecture pairs with a crisp white interior, tongue-and-groove ceilings, and abundant natural light, creating an airy, but grounded atmosphere throughout.

The main level features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, including one with its own private patio for quiet mornings or evening wind-downs. A full bathroom serves the lower level with clean, understated design.

Upstairs, the open loft offers additional sleeping with a sofa bed, a ¾ bath, and a dedicated office nook — ideal for quiet work or a peaceful reset above it all.

Outdoor living is central to the experience. A large elevated deck and expansive ground-level dining patio create multiple spaces to gather, relax, and take in the coastal air — from slow breakfasts in the shade to evenings under the sky.
