DIRECTIONS TO THE MERMAID BEACH COTTAGE
132 Pasadena Avenue, Oxnard
From Altadena take the 210W to the 118. Follow the 118 to the 23S. This will take you to the 101N. I like this route to avoid traffic in the San Fernando Valley. In Oxnard, from the 101N, take the Victoria Avenue exit. Turn Left on Victoria. Pass Gonzalez Road. Drive through the intersection at Channel Islands Boulevard. Victoria (street name) will change to Roosevelt. Turn right on San Nicholas and an immediate left on Ocean. Turn left on Pasadena Avenue (10+ blocks or so). Look for the tan and navy A-frame house on your right.
